We can make sure we deliver on the promises we make if the following 3 project life cycle steps are completed. With these steps we are guiding our customers to understand their business better, implement the right tools and key measures and bring the most possible positive value to their end-customers.

We will guide you in the creation of your own custom CS process based on our proven framework. Since 2020 Growrly has guided 20+ companies in building commercially viable CS programms.

Our services have involved individual performers and leadership coaching, process setup, role play, interim leadership, among others. Our goal is to maximize value delivery to your customer, so their perceived value will drive your commercial success.

We secure retention and expansion organically by addressing perceived value at different levels of the customer organisation (teams, managers and C-level). In other words: We teach you how to handle risk and opportunity before it is too late.

  1. 1

    Onboarding

    Month 1-3

    Comprehension, Education & Configuration

The onboarding phase is successfully completed if the customer understands the theory of the process and its goal (the „click-moment“). The customer can repeat the journey as well as key measures. Moreover the whole team is aligned and feels comfortable with the direction we are going.

  2. 2

    Adoption

    Month 3-5

    Implementation, Value Realization & Stickiness

The adoption phase is successfully completed if we builded a „physical“ product from the theory that was aligned on. The product is understood by everyone and every team member is able to use it independently. The product is rolled out, has all the functions needed for the phase.

  3. 3

    Handover

    Month 5-7

    Ownership, Development & Continuance

The handover phase is successfully completed when the teams own the process. That means that they are starting to individualize processes and adapting changes for their own needs and figures.
